Please ensure your babies are updated on their Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies shots before scheduling their appointment at Fluffy Friends LLC, as this guarantees the safety of our staff and other dogs. We do require proof of shots, so please have them ready by your appointment time.
If your dog is medically unable to receive any of these shots, please let us know.
During the warm seasons, keeping your fur friends on a flea and tick prevention will help avoid the grooming appointment being canceled due to an infestation, as this affects other clients scheduled for that day.
We do charge to remove matting whether it be brushing or clipping to remove it. Please understand mat removal does take extra time and causes more wear and tear on equipment causing more frequent maintenance. Keeping your dog on a regular grooming schedule can help prevent severe matting.
PLEASE SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME.
We do charge a $25 fee for appointments canceled late. If you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours or sooner prior to your scheduled time.
If you are running late to your appointment, we do offer a 30-minute grace period to arrive.
NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BLOCKED FROM RESCHEDULING.
